We are delighted to have completed roofing and cladding works at the School Bundle 5 projects in Bray, Kells, and Carlow. Empire Roofing installed all roofing, cladding and above ground drainage elements. We installed Kingspan Kingzip roof panels, Kingspan architectural wall panels, Sika Sarnafil PVC and all gutters, downpipes, and flashings. There is in excess of 26000m2 of area, across these schools. All works were executed on time, within budget and to a high level of quality. We achieved an airtightness result of 1.2m3/hr/m2; we believe this is the lowest level ever achieved on an education building.
